When I was just 13 years old, I watched my parents go through one of the most difficult times of their lives.
They were going through a painful divorce, and along with the emotional hardship came serious financial struggles. Our family home was underwater, meaning my parents owed more on the mortgage than the property was worth.
With foreclosure becoming a concern, my parents ultimately had to sell our home through a short sale.
And at just 13 years old, I had to say goodbye to the home I grew up in.
At that age, I didn't fully understand the financial details, but I understood the stress, uncertainty, and pain of watching my family go through such a difficult experience.
That experience stayed with me.
I learned that a home is more than just a piece of real estate. It's where families make memories, raise their children, and build their lives.

Today, after 10 years in Southern California real estate and personally purchasing and selling over 900 properties, I understand that every house has a story.
Throughout my career, I've worked with homeowners facing divorce, foreclosure, financial difficulties, inherited properties, major repairs, and unexpected life changes.
